Our Commitment

CODINGSPACE LTD offers a straightforward refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of payment — no questions asked.

Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or any renewal charge. Refund requests made within this window will be approved in full.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@lacai.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

• The email address on your account
• The date of purchase

We will process your refund within 2 business days of receiving your request.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Funds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Once a refund is issued, your Pro subscription will be cancelled and your account will revert to the Free plan.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Billing. Cancelling stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund. To receive a refund, please follow the refund request process above within the 14-day window.
